Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to customers within the United States. For international customers, our products may be available through our partner,iHerb. Sign up for our email and SMS to be the first to know about future expansions!

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed and processed, we're unable to edit the items in your order or fully cancel your order as we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please email our support team at bushed_unicorn_0o@icloud.com— while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help!

When will my order ship?

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. However, due to our very high order volumes, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep track of it.

My package was marked as delivered, but it never arrived?

We’re sorry to hear that: please reach out to our customer service team email if you are experiencing any problems with your order delivery. 

My favorite product is sold out. When will you restock?

Due to the popularity of our products, we do experience sell-outs. Rest assured we are working as quickly as possibly to replenish our products. We recommend you sign up for email or text alerts to be the first to receive updates on when our products are back in stock. We also recommend you sign up for our subscription program to receive your favorite products on a monthly basis, with no hassle or stock-out concern. Subscription customers also receive a discount on every order, BTW.

Are there restrictions on the quantity of vitamins and supplements I can purchase?

To comply with import regulations in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, consumers are limited to a 90-day supply of each vitamin or supplement per order. This means you can only purchase an amount that would last 90 days based on the recommended daily dosage. For example, if a bottle contains 60 gummies and the daily dose is two, you can order up to three bottles, totaling 180 gummies. Shipments that exceed this limit will be held and returned, so please ensure your order complies with these regulations to avoid any delays or issues Note:If you are unable complete your order to Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, and have verified that your address and other information are correct, your shipment may exceed the 90-day supply limit.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to Customer Support at bushed_unicorn_0o@icloud.com for immediate assistance.

Can I return Lemme GLP-1 Daily™?

At this time, all international orders are final. For those located in the US, we offer a money-back guarantee on your first 1-bottle supply of Lemme GLP-1 Daily™. We will not be accepting returns for orders containing a 3-bottle or 6-bottle supply of Lemme GLP-1 Daily™. Please also note that there is a return processing fee of $9.99, which will be deducted from your refund total.

GMP stands for “Good Manufacturing Practices,” so you can rest assured that our facilities adhere to the FDA’s strictest requirements for supplement manufacturing.

Are Lemme products made in an allergen-free facility?

Our gummies are produced in facilities that also process nuts, wheat, dairy, soy and sesame.

Are Lemme products vegetarian?

Yes, our products are all vegetarian except for Lemme Glow, which is dairy-free.

How often can I take Lemme products?

You can enjoy Lemme products daily. In fact, the clinical results from many of our ingredients’ clinical studies are based on consistent, daily use. Please read and follow the Suggested Use on each product.

Yes, Lemme gummies can be taken together, as long as you follow the suggested use listed for each gummy. Adults can pair any of our gummies, capsules, chews together for optimal results.

Can I take Lemme products with other supplements, or drugs/medications?

What is the shelf life of Lemme products?

Shelf-life varies based on the proprietary ingredients in each of our products, although most of our gummies have an 18-month to 2 year shelf-life. All of our products have expiration dates on them (typically on the bottom of the gummy bottle).

How should I store my gummies?

It's best to store your gummies at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.

Can I give Lemme to my children?

Lemme products are intended for adults 18 and older. They should not be used by anyone under 18 without guidance from their physician.
